Tell us about yourself...
My name is Juliette Hughes from Apex Property Management and we specialise in leasing and asset management. We have approximately 130 properties under management and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years.
What do you love about your job?
My favourite part of working in this industry is being able to chart the course of an owner’s investment and putting together a strategy to achieve their goals.
What excites you the most about working with Ailo?

The Ailo support team has been amazing. They're always available on the phone, they're constantly replying to emails and it really feels like a partnership.
What’s your advice for property managers thinking about joining Ailo?
Property managers should definitely get onboard with Ailo because... it frees up their time. They're not getting into the nitty gritty of rent receipting and rent arrears. Functionally it takes away the heavy lifting of portfolio management and then you can focus on your clients which is really what we're here for.
