As Head of Engineering, Evgeny is responsible for software delivery, setting technical strategy and making sure Ailo utilises the best technology to achieve its goals.

Evgeny joined the team in 2014 and brings 15 years of experience in software design, development and information technology.

Prior to Ailo, Evgeny worked on numerous projects as a consultant at Thoughtworks, a leading global software consultancy. Before that, he worked as a software engineer at UBS Investment Bank and a number of other companies building all sorts of software from high load distributed systems to mobile games. He graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute where he studied information security.
