As Head of Operations, Nava is responsible for driving cross-functional efforts to deliver on our go-to-market strategy, build operational capacity and scale business processes to support revenue growth.

Nava joined Ailo in 2017 and brings more than 20 years of experience in software delivery, technical program management, regulatory compliance and information technology.

She was formerly Chief Operating Officer of IP Health, which Telstra invested in. Before transitioning to software, she worked for global engineering firm CH2M Hill. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (hons) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.  She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Mandarin.
