Simon is a Professor of Marketing and Head of Mspace at the University of Melbourne.
Previously, Simon worked at the Judge Business School at Cambridge University where he remains a fellow. He has consulted extensively with industry, including with Goldman Sachs, Telstra, Shell, IBM, and PWC.
Simon writes and consults on a range of issues, including sales force management, services and relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction and loyalty. His research has focused on the retail and financial services industries and has been published in leading international journals such as the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Harvard Business Review, and the Sloan Management Review.
Simon also sits on the editorial board for the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
