Refer a friend terms & conditions
By participating in Ailo’s Referral Program, you (“The Advocate”) may refer a friend (“Referred Friend”) to Ailo. Subject to these terms and conditions, The Advocate is eligible to receive a Reward if their Referred Friend’s current employer/business (“Referred Agency”) subsequently signs a contract with Ailo, “goes live” on the Ailo platform before 31 December 2024, and has at least 200 properties under managemen
The Reward for The Advocate is a gift card valued at up to $1,000. The gift card value is determined by the number of properties the Referred Agency has under management.
Referrals must be submitted via Ailo’s website (via the ailo.io/sales) between 17 September 2024 at 00:01 AEST and 31 October 2024 at 23:59 AEST.
When referring a friend to Ailo, The Advocate must disclose that they will receive a Reward from Ailo if they are listed as their Referrer, and the Referred Agency goes live on the Ailo platform before 31 December 2024,
Eligibility
The program is open to any employee of a property management business who is currently a customer of Ailo (“Existing Customers”). You cannot refer to yourself or a business in which you are an owner or an employee.
Referral process
Existing Customers can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Ailo. To become an eligible referral, Referred Friends must sign-up for a demo via the form on Ailo’s website: ailo.io/sales (http://ailo.io/sales). When asked “How did you hear about Ailo” on the form, the Referred Friend will need to write the Advocate’s name and the corresponding Referred Agency name.
If the Referred Friend lists more than one referrer on their submission form, then Ailo will reward The Advocate whose full name and agency is listed first in the form.
Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information, may result in disqualification from the referral program. Ailo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities. Failure by Ailo to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Ailo accepts no responsibility for any late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
Reward Criteria
To “Go Live” on the platform means the Referred Agency must have migrated off their legacy property management system, and all of their customer data, payments, communication and workflows are up-and-running on the Ailo platform. The Advocate must be employed by an Existing Customer at the time of the Referred Agency’s go-live to qualify for the reward.
Only one reward (up to $1,000) will be awarded per referred eligible agency.
The Reward
The gift card value for The Advocate who meets the Reward Criteria is determined by the number of properties the Referred Agency has under management. Size of the Referred Agency is calculated on go-live day. If a Referred Agency has less than 200 properties under management on go-live day, The Advocate will not be eligible for a reward.
- If a Referred Agency has 200-499 properties under management, The Advocate will receive gift cards to the value of $500 digital gift card from their choice of Mecca, The Iconic or Visa.
- If a referred Agency has 500-999 properties under management, The Advocate will receive gift cards to the value of $750 digital gift card from their choice of Mecca, The Iconic or Visa.
- If a referred Agency has 1,000 or more properties under management, The Advocate will receive gift cards to the value of $1,000 digital gift card from their choice of Mecca, The Iconic or Visa.
The Advocate can only choose one digital gift card brand when claiming their reward - one of Mecca, The Iconic or Visa.
The Referred Friend will receive a $200 Mecca gift card if the Advocate satisfies the Reward Criteria. If there are multiple eligible Referred Friends from the same Referred Agency, the reward will be split equally between them.
The Reward cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. The Reward cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by Ailo. If the Reward (or part of the Reward) is unavailable, Ailo, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Reward (or that part of the Reward) with a Reward to the equal value and/or specification.
Reward Redemption
The Advocate will be notified via the email connected to their Ailo account if they qualify for a Reward, and the Reward will be distributed via the same email to The Advocate within four weeks after the Reward Criteria is met. The Advocate then has four weeks to nominate their choice of gift card.
Limitation of liability and variation of terms
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Ailo and which prevents Ailo from complying with these terms and conditions, Ailo (or its parent or affiliate entities) will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. Ailo reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this program without notice.
Ailo, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Program Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this program, the promotion of this program or the use of any Reward, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Program Parties, except that nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
Ailo reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters related to the referral program, including eligibility, rewards, and any disputes.
Entry details and privacy
Ailo collects personal information to conduct this Referral Program and may disclose this information to third parties including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Reward suppliers and Australia regulatory authorities.
The Advocate consents to Ailo using personal information provided in connection with this program for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the program and awarding any Rewards (including to third parties involved in the program and any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities, including sending electronic messages or telephoning The Advocate, Referred Friends, and Referred Agencies.
Referral program participant information will be treated in accordance with Ailo’s privacy policy.
Tax Implications
Ailo accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a reward. Independent financial advice should be sought.
