So, what do you think of Ailo?
Ailo holds my hand every day! It makes it easy for me. Instead of having to think about what you have to do every day, it’s got it in front of you every day: simple instructions in Projects, my dashboard. Everything is easy to navigate, and that’s what I like about it.
You recently worked with Ailo’s Support team. How was that compared to your legacy system?
I had a bond dispute recently, and I had to go with the RTA. As part of this, I needed help with how a bond dispute is dispersed on Ailo and I needed support.
And Ailo Support got back to me on live chat straight away. I was then put onto someone who emailed me within an hour. It got done literally that day. It was just step-by-step in my email and easy to follow.
It was really easy, and it turned out amazing really quickly! I thought it was going to be a headache and a nightmare, but ended up being really helpful!
What was it like learning how to use Ailo?
Ailo is a lot more user-friendly than others. The other ones take a lot more training. You can just jump into Ailo. You never feel like you are getting lost. You don't ever feel like you're so far in the app that you don't know what you're doing.
That's what I find is a lot easier than other apps that I just get lost in every day!
It’s a great easy interface to use where I don't feel like I'm lost and not getting off track. Easy buttons, easy interface, easy everything everyday. And that dashboard and notifications (I noticed they added notifications not long ago!) and that helped out, too. So, yeah, it's been awesome for me.
Fave feature released recently?
We never used to have the ‘plan inspections’ there, and then they added it into Projects. So now you can go into your Projects and then boom , your planned inspections will be there.
I found that 20 times easier! Before that, it wasn’t as easy. But now your planned inspections are in your Project. You don't have to look at what's coming up. It just comes up now every day!
