Get your own Customer Success Manager

Your Customer Success Manager (or, CSM for short) will guide you and your team through a structured onboarding journey that includes a combination of formal meetings, check-ins and resources to prepare you for go-live. Once you are live on Ailo, your CSM will work with you to ensure you are getting the best out of Ailo.

Nominate your Ailo Champion

Your Customer Success Manager will help you nominate your Ailo Champion (or champions). These team members will partner with our CSM and keep your onboarding on track.
