We heard some property managers just use outgoing inspections to note down issues. So, now you can copy info from ingoing to ingoing. #flexibility

Former renters, investors, and deactivated property managers are now clearly labelled in Search, Contacts, Chat, and on the mobile app. You can also exclude former contacts in the contact type filter.

A few weeks ago, we released the ability to pull your signature into Ailo from Outlook (Gmail users can also do this!). A few of you asked for a tutorial on how to add images and branding, so here you go!
