Bulk receipting for Centrepay 🎉
Less manual receipting, fewer errors, and no hunting for CRNs.
Trust accountants can now upload a Centrepay deductions report in Ailo and have rent receipts created automatically. Here’s how bulk receipting for Centrepay works:
- Go to Trust accounting > Bulk receipting
- Upload the Centrepay deduction .csv file
- Ailo creates draft rent receipts, including the $0.99 rent credit when needed
- Receipts reconcile automatically to the right tenancy using the CRN
- Any mismatches show up as errors for you to resolve

Updates you asked for
It's the little things
1. Copy-paste images into chat 🖼️
Paste images straight into Ailo chat to share photos fast and keep them with the right property.
🤩Caitlin N. in Brissy - this one’s for you!
2. Trust Account Details on Residential Invoices 🧾
You can now choose to display your agency’s trust account details on residential rent invoices, just like you already can for commercial tenancies. This is particularly helpful when councils or other organisations are paying rent on behalf of tenants directly into the trust.
This feature is available on request. Please reach out to your account manager if you’d like it enabled for your office.
3. Refresh inspections on mobile 📱
Pull down to refresh inspections and instantly see changes made in your desktop app
4. ‘Furnished’ property toggle 🛋️
Add a furnished attribute in property details and it’ll show on the management page.
🤩 Sarah Jane in Brissy – thanks for the idea!
5. Void work orders with cancelled bills 🗑️
You can now void a work order even when its bills were cancelled. Cleaner, simpler records.
6. Bulk edits made safer 🛡️
Editing 100+ items? You’ll now get a clearer button and a confirmation step — because nobody wants an “oops x100”
7. Renters can edit frequency for auto payments 💳
Renters can update the frequency, start date, or end date of their auto-payment plans. Prevents overlap and duplicate payments.
