Tweaks that don't usually make headlines but absolutely make your day easier
Over the past few months, our product managers, designers and engineers have been heads-down on the details – the friction points that slow your team down or send you to support when you just want to get on with your day.
We're already seeing support tickets drop as these changes take effect, and we’re just getting started.
Here's a snapshot of the 50+ small-but-mighty updates you asked for that went live in the last 7 days – starting with our Account Management team's top picks 👇
1. More visibility & control over payments
We've given you more control over payments to help you achieve faster outcomes for investors:
- Enable and disable auto bill payments yourself – You can now control these settings directly, and both you and your investors can see who last modified them and when.
- See all active rent autopay schedules at once – Previously you could only view one at a time, and now you can see everything
- Restore previous auto transfer plans with one click – Click restore and we'll pre-fill as much as we can – no more rebuilding from scratch.
- Personal account details now visible in your app - If a tenancy has a personal account allocated, those details are now visible under the tenancy
Coming soon: More change of shared tenancy improvements!
2. More flexible investor disbursements
We've made it easier to disburse investor funds by changing the rules around when manual transfers can be made. New rules:
- Bank account must be added more than 2 days ago, AND
- Either: was added by someone else, OR previously received a disbursement over 30 days ago
Previously, accounts had to meet three criteria (received a disbursement before, added 2+ days ago, and added by someone else). More enhancements in this area are coming soon, so watch this space.
🤩Lee M in Central West NSW - thanks for your feedback on this one!
3. Updated reporting: Understand your project velocity
New reporting shows you how long projects take from open to close. See average days open for repairs projects, spot bottlenecks, and understand the velocity of delivery across your portfolio.
4. Let your brand shine in inspection reports 🎨
Your team works hard to deliver quality inspections. Now all inspection reports include your agency logo – the same one that appears on your statements. Contact support if you want to change or add your logo.
🤩 Colin W in Brisbane - we know you’ll love this one!
