You can now manage a change of ownership yourself without needing Support! #ByeFelicia
“I don’t want to go to Support anymore to do a change of ownership,” said pretty much everyone and their 🐶 (and Felicity from Goulburn 👆).
We get it. It’s not that you don’t love the #legendsinsupport, but sometimes you just want to handle it yourself. In the Change of Ownership Project, now you can:
✅ Set a settlement date
✅ Stop automatic transfers to the owner
✅ Create draft management
✅ Confirm change of ownership and publish management
Plus, if rent is paid past the settlement date to the former owner and you need it to be transferred to the new owner, there is a Project action to automatically calculate the transfer required and send a request to Ailo Support to manage.

Stop, collaborate and listen. When a colleague posts a comment on any of your assigned Projects or Actions or replies to one of your comments, you’ll get a notification. Watch this space: Message comments are coming soon. Hear why Nick from Boonah is loving notifications 👇
✅ Customise your Projects even more! Delete actions with forms
All form actions in all project types are now deletable! And if you ‘fat thumb’ it, we got you: you can easily add a form back in. And don’t stress - deleting form actions does not delete the actual forms in your forms provider!
Seamless and quick inspections
✅ Turbo charge your photo uploads with automatic uploads
We’ve all been there – you’re rushing to start your inspection but quickly trying to upload the photos from the last one first… but it’s taking foreeeeeever! We hear ya, and we fixed it!

It's the little things 💪
✅ Vacated tenancies can now be brought back to life!
So if a renter doesn’t return their keys on time, you can re-open the project and update the vacate date after it lapses for up to 4 weeks.

✅ Autofilling property address when linking projects to message
When linking projects to messages, the property address in the project creation modal will now be auto-filled if possible.
