What's New in Ailo
WEEK OF 29 APRIL 2024
✅ Less clicks to get to fee-free payment option.
The fee-free rent payment method has been relocated to sit next to the other available payment methods, so it's faster and easier to find.
✅ More information to make the right choice.
Payment methods are now labeled with whether they include any service fees, if autopay is available, and which are the fastest.
Deliver better customer experiences
New investor content 🍿
'How to Read your Monthly Statements' available now in the Help Centre for you and customers.
We're also adding some important details to investor statements...
✅ Net income makes it even easier for your investors to understand their financial position! (out now!)
✅ Outstanding bills provide context as to why investors have a closing balance on a statement or transfer summary (coming soon!)
“These improvements are so much better! I can easily see the net income on my investment property each month that allows me to plan my cash flow better.”
— Duncan Fitzpatrick, property investor from Brisbane, QLD
Making important information clearer & easier to find
Quick access to rent history
Check out the right-hand-side of the rent section on the Property page for the past rent amounts 👀
Surfacing key information on the Property page
Scrolling for tenancy arrears and new tenancy ‘paid to’ date information is now a thing of the past. If applicable, both have been added to the top Property page in your Ailo for property managers app
Faster and easier inspections
✅ Zoom for better quality photos
You can now use your camera’s zoom function when taking inspections photos via your mobile Inspections app. Choose a wide angle lens to capture the full room!
🐛 Bug squashed!
Thanks to Olivia H from Darwin for reporting an unwelcome black ring appearing around some photos she took. All sorted.
Small but mighty updates 💪
✅ Email signatures for Outlook users are out!
Head to 'Settings' to set it up. Once complete, every email you send from Ailo will include your email signature attachment.
Shout out to Heather in the Hunter Valley who was waiting for this one!
✅ Auto-receipts for renters paying into trust.
Property managers no longer need to manually email receipts to renters who have paid rent or a tenancy deposit into a Trust account.
