✅ Inspection Photos can now be added from your photo library
Inspection photos can now be uploaded from your photo library on your mobile phone. Photo timestamps from when the photo was actually taken will be used.

✅ Save camera zoom settings
We’ll default to the last one you used now, so you don't have to switch to .5 lens again, and again, and again, and again, and again… you get the drift.

✅ Your KPI data grew bigger wings!
A few weeks ago, Tony set your KPI data free so that you didn’t have to wait until end of month to generate reports. Now you can hone in on specific information! Select the ‘Custom reports’ button, choose your data (e.g. chat data, arrears, etc) and download from the report list.
All data sheets will contain data current to the time the sheet was generated. This feature is only available to users with financial privileges.
✅ Added the next disbursement date to the ‘Investor portfolio wallet balances and liabilities’ report
Joanne wanted an easier way to quickly see which investors had a zero balance and wouldn’t receive any funds at their next scheduled disbursement. She sends personal emails to any investors on the list, so they don’t have any end-of-month surprises and can plan their cash flow accordingly. #customerdelighters
Teamworks make the dream work
✅ Edit project due dates with one click - just click on a date!
✅ Shortcut to moving between Project actions ⬆️⬇️
Can you believe Ailo had ~240,000 project actions completed in the last 30 days?!
So, it’s fair to say that you've been busy completing actions, and want to make this as fast and efficient as possible for you.
Now you can use arrows to move between actions within a project. Use keyboard shortcuts to move between actions (as shown in the screenshot). Plus, the ESC key can now be used to exit out of an action.

It is better for everyone when your investors choose to sign in to Ailo – just ask Janine from Ray White Northern Coast ☝️
Don’t want “another” app? Np, your investors can now log into Ailo via the web!

That's a word, right? Our fabulous colleague Gabi helps new offices get onto Ailo, and she said the tenancy details link on the property page was not obviously clickable. So we gave it a little zhoosh 😉

We hear ya. The ‘one big box to capture all the things’ doesn’t work.
So, we're changing it. Soon you'll be able to:
✅ Create multiple notes on a management
✅ Notes will be time stamped and attributed to the person who added it
✅ Pin important notes to the Property page to avoid overcrowding
✅ Hide notes if they’re no longer relevant
Any existing notes will be migrated and pinned as the first note. We’ll let you know the moment it’s launched, so you can jump in and customise to your liking!
