What piqued your interest in Ailo?

I first considered moving to Ailo, because of the benefits of not having so many different programs running day-to-day. The opportunity to have everything in the one program is very enticing for a business!
The efficiencies we've found in Ailo are instrumental to our department. We've removed multiple programs (including Monday.com), so we can finally manage our day in one place. Not to mention, not having a huge workload on trust accounting!
The team really enjoys using Ailo, because they don't have to log in to multiple different programs with multiple different passwords.

Plus, our property managers have more control over what they're doing, and more visibility on their portfolio performance.
They can see themselves progressing as they're managing their properties and then that gives them a bit more enticement to come to work and grow their properties – which also then helps the business grow as well!

What do your investors think of Ailo?

There is more visibility for investors. They can see everything in the app! They can see where their tenants are paid to, access their statements, and they also have the option to pay their bills anyway they want.

How was the change for your tenants?

We called all of our tenants before we shifted over to Ailo. We spoke to them about how it's going to benefit them and how it's going to be easier for them. Now we can give them more options to pay their rent – with credit cards, debit cards, etc. These are options that we couldn’t offer them before. For our tenants, they can now pay their rent with a click of a button!
And, they have a handy app so they can easily chat to us if there are any issues with maintenance. So, they have a bit more control and more visibility.
