Ray White Mandurah is a family business situated in the heart of Mandurah. Locally owned and run by husband and wife duo Emma & Theo Alexandrou, the team pride themselves on integrity, hard work, and good old fashioned service.
We sat down with Theo, the team’s multi-award winning sales director, to hear why his team would “never go back” to the old way of property management.

What does your team think of their new day-to-day?
As you can imagine, making the initial change was a little bit daunting for the entire team. They were definitely unsure. However, now that we're fully onboard and integrated with Ailo, I don’t think the team would ever go back. From our business development manager to our property managers, they all love their new day-to-day.
One of the best things about Ailo is how it creates very easy lines of communication for tenants and landlords into our team.
One of my personal favourite things about Ailo is that it really does reduce the amount of work that we need to put into our trust account every day. We can spend that time instead delivering the good old fashioned customer service we are known for in our community.
We could never go back to the old way. It would feel like going back in time!
What was important to you when you were looking to upgrade systems?
As you know, the property management department moves at a very fast pace, and it can be a high pressure environment to work in. So anything we can do to alleviate the stress and pressure within our team so they can focus 100% on our clients is what we need.
As a business, we need to invest in tools and technology to help our team get their jobs done, so why not invest in the leading, most groundbreaking platform on the market to make sure that your team can work as effectively as possible.

What is your favourite feature?
One of the key features would have to be Projects. I love how we can view what Projects are on the go and where everything is at, so we can see how efficiently the team is working and where they might need support.
We can, at a click of a button, literally have a full overview of where things are up to. Projects allow the team to really manage their workflows, and if someone happens to take some leave it’s easy to know exactly where we're up to just at the click of a button.
What is it like training new team members?
In the world we're living in today, people want convenience and Ailo is not only convenient for our landlords and tenants. It's also convenient and easy to use and learn for our team members. Anyone new coming into the business can immediately work out how to use it. It’s intuitive, simple and Projects makes it easy to know what you have to do and when.
