We made Property Notes even better. Plus you can edit them again (yay!)

Just like an LA-based surgeon, our job is never done. Emily and Baris added a few more exciting updates to Property Notes, including:

✅ A visual facelift - you can now see the notes themselves more easily when you click ‘View all’

✅ You can see who edited the note (as well as who originally posted it) accompanied by a timestamp

✅ You can edit notes again!

Danielle G from Brisbane (among others!) let us know that we shouldn’t have removed this, so we quickly added it back in. Please accept this song as our apology :)

Don’t forget, you can pin notes! When pinned, they are visible in the centre of the Property page, in Projects, during bill creation and in the mobile app.

✅ You can now download a report detailing last rent payments

✅ Those weird letters and numbers on the file description for invoice attachments have vanished.

Bill attachments can now be automatically included in the reimbursement. If you are interested in enabling this feature for your agency or to learn more, please reach out to your account manager.

This is a popular request! A few weeks ago we announced that trust accounting transactions for the portfolio or investor will now appear together with the existing Ailo Pay transactions on the Property & Portfolio pages under Management transactions for all property managers. As a fast follow, Tony is looking at how to surface deposits and tenancy ledger balances in trust too.
