What's New in Ailo

Well that happened faster than the #secretsquirrel expected! Last week we mentioned this was coming up… now it’s here, thanks Baris. Your new and improved property notes have arrived!

✅ Create multiple notes on a property

✅ Notes are time stamped and attributed to the person who added it

✅ Important notes can be pinned to the Property page to avoid overcrowding

✅ When pinned, notes are visible in Projects, during bill creation and in the mobile app!

Any existing notes will be migrated and pinned as the first note, so jump in there whenever you’re ready and customise to your liking.

It's the little things 💪

✅ Rent reminders will no longer be sent prior to a tenancy start date.

We agree with Chadwick from Ascot, that was super annoying!

✅ You can now search assignees when filtering in Projects and Inspections.

Team work just got a little bit easier again 😄.

✅ Ailo Pay Transfers will be halted if they threaten to overdraw the Trust Account.

If we detect this, a member of the Ailo team will get in touch with your agency directly too.

Just this morning while we were making our 5th cup of coffee, we heard Baris talking about labels! Soon you’ll be able to create custom labels and assign them to a management, which will be super handy for things like filtering property lists and sending bulk messages.
