Can’t I just change the date without having to go through an entire rent review?!

It was a lot of clicks just to change a date, wasn’t it? Sorry 🫣 Never fear, now you just click on the date in the Renewals & Reviews tab or on the Property page and, bada-bing bada-boom, you can change it right there and then.

Seamless inspections

✅ Have you ever accidentally done an inspection for the wrong property?! No, yeah… we haven’t either 😬

We’ve made a few tweaks to the layout of the property information section in your app to really emphasise the property address, so it’s clearer which property the inspection is for.

✅ What about uploading an inspection without any photos or comments...? 😬

Yup, same here. Never. But if a friend of a friend were to... Ailo now gives you a friendly ‘are you sure?’ warning before you complete an inspection sans photos or comments.

It's the little things 💪

✅ Now it’s super obvious which templates are your default ones – and you can easily change these by clicking on the meatballs

Can you believe “meatballs menu” is a legit name that designers use?! 😂 It’s referring to the red three-dot menu in the left hand column of your Project templates list. Just click on it to pick favourites on your templates. Now we feel like spaghetti...

✅ Edit management and tenancy files names, just like you do in Projects!

✅ The file option in messages is now split in two: upload file or attach from project

The Ailo app no longer goes into a spin when a renter accidentally hits the back button after adding a payment method.

"Can you pleeeease just let us complete an ingoing inspection before the property is leased?"

We get it. Some properties are really far from the office and it would be easier to do an ingoing when you're there already for a viewing in case one of the renters are approved for the property. Or, for those massive homes that will take a better part of your morning to do and it’s easier to schedule it versus doing it in a rush at short notice.
