We Marie Kondo’d your projects on the property page!

Easily finding a project on the property page sparks us with joy, so we’ve done some re-organising and decluttering!

✅ Sort Projects by 'open' and 'closed' in your side panel

✅ We’ve added a project type filter to help you drill down into a category on the side panel, too!

✅ The project section on the Property page that shows up to 3 projects, will now only show open projects

Meet the new kids on the Reporting block

✅ Investor portfolio wallet balance and liabilities report

Your one-stop-shop to review important information per portfolio, like the current wallet balance, last transfer date and any outstanding expenses/liabilities.

Pssst this report is ordered from highest to lowest wallet balance, so you can use this report to sense check investor settings and get on top of any issues before they arise.

✅ Double down on investor fees before EOFY!

We enhanced our Income by Management report, so that you can clearly see every fee you’re currently charging per property. Simply click ‘Download property fee schedule’ at the top of the report to generate a CSV that includes:

Every fee to be charged to a property
Fee types (think management fees, one off or event based fees, monthly or annual fees like EOFY!)
Fee amount to be charged
Date to be next charged or the event trigger
Management fee percentage

✅ Auto-generated trust accounting reports

Like a home-cooked meal, isn’t it nice when things are just done for you? We haven’t figured out how to insert ourselves into your kitchen yet, BUT Ailo will now auto-generate some trust accounting reports when the month is locked - including Journals, Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Cashbook and Unpresented items.

'Pending' is now 'bank processing' in the investor app

In case you missed it, late last year we updated ‘pending’ to say ‘bank processing’ in the investor app. We also added a short explanation so that your investors can be super clear on why their funds might not be in their wallets yet. #throwbackthursday

It's the little things 💪

✅ In the duplicate bill warning, we’ve added the last bill’s created date

Some quarterly bills (like council rates, strata rates, and water) use the same invoice number even though it’s a different bill – confusing, right?! So you don’t have to manually check you’re not entering a duplicate bill by accident, we’ve added the date you created the last bill to the warning notification.
