Whether you work in pods, teams, or with remote professionals, being able to seamlessly delegate tasks to different team members is critical. And now you can, with bills.

✅ Assign bill drafts to colleagues
✅ Filter draft bills by assignee
✅ Get notifications when draft bills are assigned to you
✅ Bills are automatically linked to the right team once a property is selected
✅ Filter draft bills by team

Taking compliance off your plate

✅ Way better visibility and more ways to pay PCA Compliance bills

All future-dated monthly bills for PCA Compliance subscriptions appear in the bills tab for you and your investors to see clearly now. And, investors can now choose to pay any of these with direct debit or card if they don’t want to use rental income one month.

It's the little things 💪

✅ Soz, some of the buttons when you added bills were not all they were quacked up to be. Now they fit the bill!

We’re determined to fill these release notes with duck puns, and make adding bills an “easy peasy” experience (that is a direct quote from Jatin, one of our product managers! 🤭). You pointed out that some of the original button names were… vague. And confusing.

✅ Another button ‘tweak’: Inspections

When you copy from your last inspection to create a new one, we’ve made it crystal clear that you are pulling “From most recent” (not “from previous”).

✅ FYI transfer summary emails will be sent a little later in the day

This change does not impact the actual disbursement for investors or your agency or monthly ownership statements.

Like a certain feathered friend in water, some things just make sense. Like only showing cleared transactions on statements.

To avoid confusion, soon only the trust transactions that clear in the Ailo portfolio wallet within the statement period will be included in their statements. We currently include all transactions that have been receipted and sometimes it throws them off. Not anymore! Bill-iant!

I agree, Jess! Knowing how to prioritise tasks is key to taking control of your day. Part of our plans to improve My Actions is to make it immediately clear, when you look at your day, what should be done first. For certain things, like urgent repairs, we may even help by highlighting them automatically! Watch this space.
