Guess who just made their debut on the Property page...
Tenancy trust ledger balances!
It's now way easier for you to see the balance of funds in trust, so you can manage or finalise a tenancy.
Particularly when you’re vacating a tenancy or want to double check a commercial tenancy’s bond amount!
Now you can see it on the Property page and it’s in the tenancy history PDF download, so you don’t have to click deep into the Trusting Accounting tab – or ask Darren in accounting to generate a report for you.

✅ More clarity: new status in your Bond report
The “No bond details” status used to cast too wide a net, so we added an additional one: “Missing bond details”. 🤩 Emily from Bendigo - thanks for this suggestion!
✅ Reducing the risk of overdrawing your trust account
Last month, we introduced a new feature that halted Ailo Pay Transfers if they threatened to overdraw the trust account. Now, you’ll also get an email that explains why this happened, and (coming soon) a pop-up in-app as soon as we hit pause.
✅ Investor statements will be sent as secure links instead of attachments
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance the security of our customers’ data, we’re replacing email attachments with secure links for all investment statements – starting later this month. This will also make the experience more consistent for investors regardless of the email client or device on which they access their statements. As always, investors can sign in to the Ailo platform anytime to access all of their statements directly.
✅ Track where your new business comes from
You can now add a “gained reason” from a dropdown in the “Setup New Management” action in your New Management and Takeover Management projects. We’ll be adding this data soon to your KPI data sheets, too!
