✅ A web app for investors

Look, we get it. Just like the word #Fetch, for some investors, the mobile app is never going to happen. So we now have a web version of the Ailo for investors app! Investors can now log in via their laptop or desktop computer here.

✅ Meet the Property tab

This brand-spanking-new tab provides your investors with a summary of all the important info relating to their investment including: rent amount, agreement start and expiry dates, inspection and condition reports. Learn more.

This tab is going to treat your investors so nice, they’re never going to want to let you go.

✅ Are you wearing the Chanel boots? Yes, and inspection reports are now in the investor app

All new inspection and condition reports are viewable (and downloadable!) from your investor’s property tab. Historical inspections can still be found in their messages and emails.

✅ Manage statement preference - let your investors choose the one that they want

We’ve got chills, they’re multiplying, ‘cause a bit more tedious admin has been from your plate!). Investors can now turn off and on statement notifications as they wish in their Ailo app.

✅ Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Compromised accounts? AS IF! Investors can opt-in to add a secondary authentication via SMS on their login.

Important note: If an investor chooses to use MFA, you will no longer be able to edit their mobile number. This is to ensure that the investors have control over the security of their account. Learn more.
