Well hello there, trust transactions 👋 Welcome to the Property & Portfolio pages!
Trust accounting transactions for the portfolio or investor will now appear together with the existing Ailo Pay transactions on the Property & Portfolio pages under Management transactions for all property managers.
Basically, anything associated with portfolio ledger in trust, will now show in these transactions. We are looking at how to surface tenancy ledger balances in trust too – watch this space.
🥷 Superuser ninja move: If you want to check the time a rent receipt was created, this is your place until we can add it into the Trust Accounting page, too.

Unlike that dodgy ex, we love putting labels on things 😉
A few weeks ago, we let it slip that Baris was working on labels. Soon you’ll be able to create custom labels and assign them to a management, which will be super handy for things like filtering property lists and sending bulk messages.
Today, we got our hands on some mocks of what it will look like and created this nifty gif.
🤩 This is going to make a lot of people giddy, including: Olivia in Darwin, Renee in Bellamack, Karl in Western Sydney, Margaret in Atherton, and Janet in Chatswood.
