Your new Project Template Editor is "intuitive and super easy" to use, just like Lionel

Making your job easier with Projects
Bulk select My Actions, so you can easily...
✅ Mark them as done if you’re feeling extra productive
✅ Reassign them to another property manager and transfer responsibilities – and only one in-app notification for the bulk assignment is sent so we don’t spam your colleague
✅ Move actions to different due dates, making it easy to move overdue actions to Today or in the future
Inspections keep getting better and better and better and better...
Overachiever alert! There are even MORE inspection planner improvements to provide more control

✅ Edit inspection due dates in bulk
Select an inspection from the ‘Routine planner’ list and click ‘Edit due date’. This will be a lot faster than having to find a property and doing it from there!
✅ Filter completed inspections by date
✅ Easily search by properties in the planner
Filter all tabs in the inspections planner by properties. This replaces the previous property search, because now you can easily filter to multiple properties as well.
✅ 6 months, 9 months, 14 weeks… now you can update your agency’s inspection frequency default
A few of our account managers stumbled across this ‘small but mighty’ update from a few weeks ago, and insisted we call it out again!

Your eyes are about to receive a much needed reprieve - we’ve just dropped a new KPI dashboard that makes key performance metrics much easier to review. Plus it can be filtered by team and property type!
✅ Easier prep for team meetings! Filter down to an individual team - perfect for weekly team meeting or when meeting to assess an individual property managers performance
✅ Less time waiting for downloads! We merged some of the datasheets to reduce downloads from 7 to 5
✅ Better growth insights! Better ‘over time’ data for total, gained and lost managements
Team leads – you will need to use the new report template to access the new dashboard, so make sure you download the latest version from the reporting area!

✅ Add new management to existing portfolio
🤩 Nathan in Woody Point and Alex in Redcliffe, you’ll be happy to know you can add a new management without creating a new portfolio now! We heard you have a lot of owners consolidating investors with you thanks to your stellar service!
✅ Filter and download the ‘Last rent payment by tenancy’ report

Kevin is one of our engineers, and he pushed this one through the back door for you. And he also fixed the duplicate records bug.
✅ Non-income generating former managements will be excluded from the ‘Income by management’ report.
🤩 Monique from the Gold Coast asked her account manager, “Income by management report: can we remove the ended management?” Consider it done!
✅ Bond claim changed, because the renter paid more rent? The bond mismatch notification will now tell you if that's happened.
We've introduced a new bond mismatch email that tells you the outstanding rent or bills you claimed have changed, and you'll need to update it. Previously, you would have gotten an incorrect email saying the bond claim couldn't be found.

✅ Tenancy trust ledger balance now shows regardless of whether its a former tenancy and even if there are no transactions
