To celebrate, we wanted to share a behind the scenes peek at how we get new features you love and enhancements you’ve ask for into the Ailo platform for you every week. (Is anyone else questioning whether our engineers sleep?!)

Before big features are released, we often pilot them with customers, asking for honest feedback. A special shout out to Ben, Karl, Michael, Andrew, Cassandra, Cathay, Felicity, Kat, Esther, Joanne, Megan, Joseph, Shannon, Paulette, Joe and Danielle who are currently working through some exciting updates to Messaging with us.

Projects make your job easier

Desktop editing hack for Projects and Inspections

✅ Click on the text field to edit project names and descriptions, as well as action names and descriptions!

✅ The same simple editing hack is also now available for all inspection types, too! Just click on the inspection area name or feature to start editing!

Quick win for adding actions into a project

✅ Missed a step or need to add another action item into your project on the fly? No problem, just hover your cursor in between action items and click the plus symbol. Easy peasy. 🤩 David from Bondi you’re going to love this!
