Now you can bulk edit draft bills!

OMG wasn’t it teeeeedious editing bills… One. At. A. Time. We get hand cramps just thinking about typing “Council Rates Q4 Oct-Dec“ x50 times.

You can now multi-select draft bills and edit:
✅ Description
✅ Due date
✅ Delete at once

This is the first step towards even more changes to bulk bill uploads Jatin & the team have planned.

We took a little stickybeak and found some designs we couldn't help but share early. This will be particularly useful if you work with remote professionals! What else is coming soon? The ability to search this page (yay!) and 🥁 drumroll please...

Plus, soon Ailo will be able to read invoices and auto-fill draft bills for you!! Watch this space.

It's the little things 💪

✅ Trust accounting update! One click, multiple transfers

Select one. Transfer balance. Come back. Select another. Transfer balance. Come back. Select another…. You get it. And so did we. Now in trust accounting, you can select multiple allocations from the list and press transfer balance just once.

✅ Mitts off! Only admins can make changes to project templates

We get it. Your custom Project Templates have been carefully crafted to perfectly suit your team and business processes and operations. So, we’ve added a toggle for admins that allows templates to be modified by admins only. This toggle is off by default and should be out in the next few days if you want to switch it on.

✅ KPI reports: Chat response times have been updated to monthly

We’ll now show you the previous month’s chat response times, instead of your ‘of all time’ stats.

✅ Nominate your default legal entity & archive old ones

After a change in legal entity, your new entity will appear first as the default choice in the New Management project. Your archived legal entity will still appear, and we are working on taking away the ability to use it when you’re setting up a new management.

✅ No need to re-introduce yourself, our Support Chat bot won’t forget your name

Now when you live chat with our Support team, the Ailo bot who first appears will know who you are from the get-go, so we can dive straight into troubleshooting without needing you to enter your name and email first.
