Hola! There’s a new Project on the block: Meet Take-over Management 👋
We heard you loud and clear about wanting a simpler workflow for take-overs.
Guess what? We released a new project just for this! With the takeover management project, you can now efficiently complete your takeovers without having to complete unnecessary steps (like inspections 🤦🏻♀️). You can also create a template for this new project type to suit your agency’s processes.
It's the little things 💪
✅ You can now remove incorrect forms you added by mistake so you don’t need to recreate a new action
✅ The Contacts section of your mobile app has had a glow up
- Simply tap on the property address for much context on the property (such as its inspections, keys, notes and more)
- Company owner details are now included so that it’s easy to figure out who to contact. Joanne from Caroline Springs this one is for you!

Every week, we’ll take a peek at our roadmap and share a sneaky glimpse of a new feature we’re building that our customers asked for. Just don’t tell the product managers 😉 – Liz & Emma from Marketing
“Wouldn’t it be nice if the world was chocolate, and if we could have multiple, time-stamped property notes.”
We get it. Chocolate is great and having ‘one big box to capture all the things’ isn’t quite working.
Rest assured, Baris and the team are working away on a MUCH BETTER solution where all of your property note dreams will come true. Think timestamps, think records of the person that added the note and the ability to hide old notes that are no longer applicable (but can still be found if you need them!).

We already receive a lot of great feedback, but we want more (we’re greedy!). To thank you, we’ll regularly award some of our favourite ideas with a $50 Mecca, BWS or The Iconic voucher.
🎉 Congratulations, Sarah from Ballarat in Victoria 🎉
"It would be great if we could download bills within the Bills tab.”
Sarah, your wish was our command.. last week. Your feedback was just so helpful, we wanted to thank you again for the FAB idea!
