Ashley is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction along with the day-to-day operation of product, design and engineering.

Prior to Ailo, Ashley was the co-founder of IP Payments, which provided customised accounts receivable, payments and compliance solutions, including iPayRent (which processed over $6 billion in rent) and the DEFT solution for Macquarie Bank. IP Payments was listed five times on the Deloitte Fast 500 and named the "Most Innovative Financial Application" in Asia Pacific.

A serial entrepreneur, Ashley also co-founded IP Systems, the first service to deliver converged voice, video and data services to SMEs across ANZ. Ashley started his career at Deloitte.
