Ben is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the business, along with the day-to-day operation of the go-to-market and operations teams.

Prior to Ailo, Ben was CEO of Property Management at Ray White. He founded and built the company’s property management franchise offering, which now boasts the strongest growth and market share in Australia. He has published three books about the property management industry and how to build profitable businesses.

Ben started his career as a solicitor at Freehills in Sydney and then as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New York.
