New merge field alert! Add a more personal touch, in a fraction of the time

Think of ‘personalisation’ like… your favourite barista. They know your name and how to spell it, and they know your favourite coffee order down to the temperature and extra dash of oat milk.

Merge fields help you deliver personalised messages at ⚡lightning speed to help your interactions with customers feel more authentic. Like, you're chatting about their lease renewal and your rent adjustment recommendations over coffee together.

Latest merge field: Tenancy Start Date!

Available in your Lease Renewals, New Tenancy, Vacating Tenancy, and Routine Inspection projects.

Making your job easier with Projects

✅ New filters make it easier to find work orders

We regularly monitor support tickets and noticed a few people were struggling to use this list.

So we made some tweaks: now you can search multiple suppliers at a time, and you can filter by property.

Demand for tradies is always high, but property managers on Ailo have figured out hack to get quality trades to prioritise your work orders. Watch how 👇

✅ Quickly change project due dates (because everyone loves a shortcut)

We saw how much you used the calendar view with preset date options (today, tomorrow, due in 3 days) to change your Project due dates.

So, now those preset date options pop up when you are changing an action due date, changing action due dates in bulk under My Actions, and in the inspections planner.

Delivering exceptional customer experiences

✅ Investors can add a new account and schedule an auto-transfer at the same time now

For security reasons, investors need to wait 2 banking days before using a newly added bank account. Previously, they had to log back into Ailo a few days after adding the new account to set up their auto transfer. Now, they can do both at once – and just select a start date that is after the 2 banking day delay.

✅ All rent notifications will now be sent at 1pm AEDT

We used to send these at 8am, but we’ve moved notifications to later in the day to help agencies who prefer to reconcile trust payments a little later in the day.

Whether you’ve hired an awesome new team member or had to say farewell to one, we know it’s frustrating that you have to go through Support (as much as you love Mandy. At risk of taking you on a complete tangent… did you know in another life she planned a Rod Steward concert?!) to adjust their access.

Good news: we are getting close (real close!) to giving you the power to add and remove users within your agency. Looking ahead, we’re also exploring how we can give you the power to create teams, transfer properties and projects, and edit roles.

We already receive a lot of great feedback, but we want more! What can we say, we’re greedy 🤷‍♀️ We regularly award some of our favourite ideas with a $50 Mecca, BWS or The Iconic gift voucher.

"Can you please let us do an ingoing inspection before the property is leased?”

We get it. Some properties are really far from the office and it would be easier to do an ingoing when you're there already for a viewing in case one of the renters are approved for the property. Or, for those massive homes that will take a better part of your morning to do and it’s easier to schedule it versus doing it in a rush at short notice.

We’ve checked and can confirm this is on our roadmap for later this year 😉
