✅ Wait for a custom statement? For the love of Sweet Brown, ain’t nobody got time for that.

Investors want information when they need it – they don’t want to wait for business hours.
Now property investors can now download custom statements from their app 24/7 (without calling you!). #instantgratification #sweetbrown
  • Select the date range
  • Choose the format: Ownership Statement or Tax Summary
  • For ownership statements, choose to include outstanding bills and fees as of the generation date
Custom statements download directly onto their device. They will not be emailed to the investors or be added to the statement list in their app.

It's the little things 💪

✅ We've added a property type column to your Predicted Monthly Management Fee report

✅ We’ve added 2 new columns to the Fee Schedule download at the top of the Income by Management report

In response to some recent support queries, we’ve added Occupancy status and Recurring fee overdue amount into the report.

✅ You can now download bills within the Bills tab

The download will apply to whichever filters have been selected. So you could, for example, use this download to give a supplier details of bills paid and unpaid on request. We will be retiring the “Bills due and overdue” report soon as all functionality is available in the bills section now.

Don’t need inspections actions when doing take-overs? We hear ya, Larni! Very very very soon, you’ll have a new project called ‘Take-over management’. This project will allow you to create a management and the tenancy you are taking over right within the one streamlined Project. No more multiple project types and actions you don’t need!

Repairs is an area we have big plans in. This will include expanding its capabilities to connect deeply with inspections and projects. Sending work orders from the final inspection project is definitely an important piece on our list to look into.
